Progress is continuing had a bit of a flat spot whilst sick but now that i be feeling much better things continue moving in right direction. Only missed one or 2 sessions on the weights but dropped cardio to 0 will step that up again. Still managed to lift heavier in that period and will look to a bit of cardio hiit this week again.👍💪💪😄 kepp up the good work everyone 😄💪
