Light(ish) bench press day...vids on IG...worked up to 340 lbs for 6 reps. All lower weight sets done for 10 reps. Finished bench press off with 230 lbs for 25 reps. Decline dumbell press with 105's for several sets of 5-6 reps. Cable extensions for triceps to finish workout. Feeling pretty good, though with these light weight workouts, I end the workout with a lot left in the tank. Funny, I end up lifting a lot more in total lbs, but the light weight doesn't stress the body anywhere near what heavy weight does.

Destroyed todays workout. Started off with a 3-mile run, did three rounds of CrossFit, ran a quarter-mile, did two more rounds of CrossFit, ran another quarter mile and then finished my last round. The entire workout was done back to back with no breaks. Each round consisted of: * 20x 190 lb bench press *5x 80 lb weighted chin ups *7x 135 lb standing shoulder press *135 lb incline bench press to failure *6x 275 lb barbell shrugs *20x 185 lb standing calf raises *50 tuck crunches total time complete the entire workout was 50 minutes and 29 seconds.
